Performers from all over the world come together—and only one can win! At the festival’s opening event—the international Maestro™—Hamburg’s improvisational talents and audience favorites, as well as professionals from all over Germany and around the world, compete against one another to win over the audience. Who will create the most touching scene, win the audience’s hearts with their rhymes, or sing the most moving love song? Who will make the audience laugh, thrill them with physical comedy, or master the toughest challenge?
The performers bring their unique acting styles, diverse cultural backgrounds, and boundless creativity to the stage. Whether it’s emotional dramas, absurd stories, spontaneous musicals, or zany characters—everything unfolds live, without a script or a safety net! The audience rates the scenes and decides who advances round by round and ultimately deserves the title of Maestro.
